    Sketch

    sketch.com

Sketch is a design app that’s popular among designers who use macOS. It’s not just for macOS, though—it also has an iOS app and a web app. I’ve worked on a few pages with Sketch, but single handedly building the homepage—the most visited page—was a big moment for me.

    Sketch: Events

    sketch.com

This Sketch page is a simple one at first sight. It’s just a page to showcase Sketch’s upcoming events. But this one turned out being more complex than anticipated especially when considering the backend part of it as well as the CMS allowing for total control of the page.

    Sketch: Apps

    sketch.com

The Apps page from Sketch looks simple because it is. But the design was so nicely done that it was one of the pages that I enjoyed building the most. Basically just a list of a single component with a bunch of variations to allow total control through the CMS to the content team.

Todoist is a task management app that helps you organize your life. I’m super proud to have worked on this website along with just one other developer. Being Todoist a major productivity app, it was a great experience to work on a product that I would personally end up using every day.

If there’s something I witnessed that I can say I’m especially proud of it’s the rise of Twist. Twist is a team communication app that’s designed to be more focused and less distracting than other apps—such as Slack and Teams. I worked on the very first version of Twist’s website—a long time ago—while using Twist to communicate with the team.

    Doist

    doist.com

Back then, the Doist brand was barely recognizable, but I was lucky enough to be part of the team that helped shape it. Doist is the company behind Todoist and Twist, and I worked on the Doist website itself. It was a huge effort from the marketing team to promote Doist as a parent of two amazing children, introducing elements and components that are still used in the most recent version.
